Your shop's records live on-site, not only in the cloud. When the internet goes down, your registers keep ringing up sales and writing loans. If the shop's own server is ever unreachable, LuxeOS falls back to a read-only view so you can still look customers up.

Off-site cloud backup is an optional add-on and is being finalized ahead of launch.
A note on AI. Anything marked ✦ uses AI and is still in active development. It helps your team draft replies, summarize calls, and sort data. A person reviews before anything goes out. Expect it to be limited at launch and to get sharper over time.
