Our Commitment to You

At The Luxe Exchange, we are committed to providing a private, professional, and discreet experience for every client. These Terms & Conditions outline how we operate and help protect both you and us throughout your engagement with our services.

1. Evaluation Services & Offers

All evaluations are provided as a courtesy and are based on current market conditions, item condition, and our professional discretion. Offers are subject to change until finalized.

Receiving an evaluation or offer does not obligate you to proceed. We do not engage in high-pressure tactics — you are always free to decline.

2. Loan Terms, Renewals & Forfeiture

Loans are governed by Arizona Revised Statutes ARS 44-1631-1632.

For value received, clients agree to pay all accrued interest and fees on or before the maturity date to redeem pledged goods. Loans can be renewed or extended by paying all accrued charges on or before the maturity date.

If payments are not made by the maturity date, the loan is considered in default. Ownership of the pledged goods transfers by operation of law to The Luxe Exchange the day after maturity, without recourse.

3. Payment Policies

No cash or in-office payments are accepted. All payments must be made via debit, ACH, or wire transfer.

• Interest-only payments do not reduce principal unless additional funds are specifically allocated.
• Paying above the minimum due reduces your principal balance and shortens your loan duration.
• Loans over $5,000 must be redeemed via wire transfer.
• ACH payments require a 3-business-day hold before applying.
• Upon final payment, please allow 2-3 business days to schedule your redemption appointment.

We offer automatic payment options via debit to help keep your loan in good standing.

Interest Rates:
Interest rates are determined at the time of each individual transaction and may vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the type of asset, loan amount, loan duration, and market conditions. While The Luxe Exchange strives for consistency, we reserve the right to adjust rates at our sole discretion in order to structure a mutually beneficial agreement.

4. Fees & Charges

In addition to interest, the following fees apply:

• $5 Initial Set-up Fee (includes storage and security)
• $2 Governmental Reporting Fee for applicable transactions

5. Identification & Appointments

A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all transactions. Appointments are strongly encouraged to ensure personalized, efficient service.

6. Privacy & Compliance

We value your privacy and comply with all applicable privacy laws. Certain transactions are reported to law enforcement as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and branding — is the property of The Luxe Exchange and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

8. Waiver of Trial by Jury

You waive your right to a trial by jury in any dispute arising from services provided by The Luxe Exchange.

9. Prevailing Party Provision

In any legal dispute where The Luxe Exchange prevails, the client shall reimburse all costs incurred, including attorneys' fees.

10. Verbal Agreements & Payment Methods

Only written agreements are binding.
No cash or checks accepted. All terms must be documented and signed.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Maricopa County courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Luxe Exchange reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. The most current version will always be available on our website.
