At The Luxe Exchange, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who else receives it when you visit our website or contact us — including through our social media pages and any lead forms, such as those on Facebook and Instagram.

Information You Give Us

We may collect the following when you contact us, request an offer, or book an evaluation:

• Information and photos about the items you wish to sell, or borrow against
• Anything else you choose to include in a message to us

How We Use It

Information you give us is used to:

• Communicate with you about our services
• Schedule appointments
• Evaluate your jewelry, gold, diamonds, or luxury watches and prepare an offer
• Follow up on your inquiries
• Keep records we are required to keep as a licensed pawnbroker

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share the details you send us — your name, contact information, or the items you ask us about — with anyone for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our text-message provider and our email host), only as needed to do that work, with Google in the limited, scrambled form described under Advertising to Our Existing Customers below, and where the law requires it of a licensed pawnbroker.

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

Our website uses two Google services, and we want to be specific about them rather than vague:

• Google Analytics — tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they are. We use it to understand what is useful on the site.
• Google Ads — lets us see which of our ads led to a call or a form submission, so we know what our advertising is doing. When you arrive from one of our Google ads, your browser stores the ad-click identifier Google provides for up to 90 days, and it is sent to us if you then contact us or tap our phone number.

These services set cookies and receive information about your visit, including your IP address, browser, and the pages you view. That information goes to Google, which handles it under its own privacy policy.

What we deliberately do not run: we do not use session-recording or session-replay tools, advertising pixels from social networks, or third-party accessibility overlay widgets. We removed Microsoft Clarity and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel from this website because we were not using them, and we would rather collect less. If that ever changes, we will update this page in the same change that adds it.

Advertising to Our Existing Customers

If you have done business with us, we may share the contact details on your customer record (your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code) with Google, so our ads about selling your jewelry, gold, diamonds, or watches to us can reach people who already know us. Before anything leaves our systems, those details are scrambled (hashed), so Google does not receive them in readable form. Google uses them only to find matching Google accounts, under its Customer Match policies. It does not use them for anyone else's advertising. We update this list regularly, and people we no longer do business with are removed.

Your text-message opt-in and consent are never part of this. To be left out, email or call us, or tell us at the counter. We will take you off the list at the next update.

Your Choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works without them.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• You can control ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
• You can ask us to leave you out of the customer list we share with Google for advertising, described above.
• You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to the records we are legally required to keep as a pawnbroker. Email us and we will help.
• You never have to use this website to do business with us. You can call, email, or visit us in Scottsdale instead.

SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Information

If you opt in to receive text messages from The Luxe Exchange, we collect and use your mobile phone number solely to send the messages you have consented to receive (appointment confirmations, follow-ups on your inquiries, and account or service updates).

No mobile information collected through our text-messaging program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share information with service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) only to the extent necessary to deliver these messages on our behalf.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our website is served over an encrypted connection.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change what we collect or who receives it, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
